Responsibilities:
- management of a project group consisting of 6 people;
- setting and distribution of project tasks among group members;
- the full cycle of managing the object before handing it over to the customer;
- work with the customer and subcontractors;
- preparation of the technical task;
- drawing up and monitoring compliance with the design work schedule;
control of compliance with the scope and quality of project documentation works;
- timely submission of executive documentation;
- control over the execution and implementation of project works by the appointed project executors;
- ensuring compliance of project decisions and documentation that
is being developed, standards, current industry construction standards and regulatory documents, design tasks, technical conditions, other initial data;
- determination of volumes of initial data for design and solution of technical issues arising during the entire implementation period of objects design , their construction and implementation;
- introduction of the latest equipment and materials, technologies and work methods in projects developed by the department;
- integration of design solutions with design solutions of other subdivisions (parts) of the project;
- determination and decision-making regarding the elimination of all identified deficiencies in the implementation of the project development work process;
- development of a technical and economic comparison of construction options;
- organization of contacts with representatives of manufacturing plants, suppliers of equipment, equipment and materials (and search for new ones) for the purpose of implementation in project solutions;
- elimination of received comments from organizations that carry out approval of project documentation, if such were provided;
- field inspection of design objects;
- organization of project documentation approvals with all interested organizations, local self-government bodies, landowners, etc.;
- participation in the analysis and generalization of the experience of project development and their implementation in construction;
- implementation of the author's supervision over the construction of the designed objects;
- preparation of conclusions and feedback on innovative proposals, market monitoring for the presence of novelties to increase the economic attractiveness of project solutions.
- Connection and commissioning of sections of residential areas.
- Calculation of loads and selection of equipment (protection, accounting and switching devices).
- Installation and operation of electrical installations on the construction site.
- Arrangement of internal and external cabling networks.
- Design of power supply systems of industrial and technological facilities: sewage treatment plants, sewage pumping stations, objects of high explosive hazard;
- Management and development of projects for internal power supply of objects with a voltage of 0.4 kV;
- Execution of project documentation of internal power supply networks of the object;
