Teams put successful case descriptions in global fuzzy-structured storage allowing their colleagues who deal with a similar challenge to search, reuse and evaluate the shared experience.

• Developed from scratch a multi-user and multi-roles web application with company-level access.
• Developed a browser extension to track events and implement additional functionality in Gmail for app users.
• Focus on performance, usability and up-to-date practices.
