As an account manager my duties included customer support service, meaning taking correspondence with the client on the matter of any complications he/she might stumble upon when using the website, additionally, I would need to check users' accounts on certain different kinds of violations related to content posting, communications with other users, etc.
I had a daily plan to fulfill, after the shift I would need to report my results my TL for analyses. The admin panel that was in use at the time was one of the moat complicated ones to find, which tempered my technical awareness of high-level professional software.
