• Customized servicedesk system for big commercial banks automating process of installation/maintaining/upgrading acquiring hardware (1K+ engineers working, 80K+ POS terminals in service), with Ethereum blockchain integration
• Cloud Ecosystem for large Security company (serving 100K+ household installations all over Russia) with microservice architecture

Managed and organized software dev process,

interviewed technical guys (QA, developers) and was responsible for all software solutions in the company

Key projects (all developed from scratch):

• Fuel cards processing system (operates since 2015 on 1000+ petrol stations) with EMV compatible cards, Ingenico/Verifone POS. Implemented host2host with enterprise-level processing systems (E100, OpenWay). Successfully passed PCI DSS cimpliance tests
• Petrol station automation system (operates on 93 stations since 2013) - replaced old 1990s system with MS-DOS design and low automation level, dramatically improved and redesigned a lot of company business processes
