I'm a Scrum Master for the Revenue Solutions requirement area (6 cross-functional software development teams + unit leadership). We are discovering and building completely new product features maximizing their value for users.

As a Scrum Master, I'm providing a wide range of services to the organization in a full-blown Large Scale Scrum (LeSS Huge) environment.

• working on both team and organization levels to reveal and eliminate inefficiencies and dysfunctions
• working closely with leadership teams (Product Managers / Engineering Managers) helping them unlock the full potential of working with Software Engineers
• introducing teams with new engineering and workflow management practices and supporting them in adopting those practices as tools for achieving business goals (eXtreme Programming (XP), Trunk Based Development, Test Driven Development, Story Mapping, etc.)
• facilitating team events (Product Backlog Refinements, Retrospectives, 30+ teams Sprint Reviews, Strategic Sessions of any scale, etc.)
• foster teams in becoming self-organized and mature Product Engineers
• evangelizing Agile as strategic asset of culture and business value.

I'm a Scrum Master for the 3+ cross-functional teams developing and supporting internal products/tools for conducting the company's everyday business operations.

As a Scrum Master and a part of the Company Agile Community of Practice, I'm focused on supporting the business unit in its experimental transition from Single Team Scrum to Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) product development approach (based on LeSS Framework).

On the team level I'm mainly focused on fostering self-organization and overall maturity level:

• providing educational sessions for both engineering and leadership teams to improve awareness about agile product engineering tools and practices
• monitoring team dynamics and supporting engineers in overcoming frustration during the “times of turbulence”
• facilitating Scrum events (Product Backlog Refinements, Retrospectives, etc.)

• serving 10+ Scrum Teams (squads) on a daily basis (facilitating scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, helping with conflict resolutions etc.; 4 teams ‘at a time' max)
• helping Scrum Teams optimize their workflow (analyze current, develop new, implement it in Jira etc.)
• helping (mentoring, coaching and facilitating) Product Owners make their backlogs better and grow as product managers
• helping Scrum Teams (squads) grow in terms of their engineering culture
• helping Dev Team members to overcome frustration and demotivation caused by fast-paced company changes and other “life imperfections”
• facilitating large scale cross-team Retrospectives (30+ participants)
• promoting and supported Company-wide knowledge sharing culture (knowledge bases, internal keynotes videos etc)
