- Providing a full range of administrative tasks to HO and ROs
- Interacting with all departments and offices of the company
- Processing facilities payments regarding Regional Offices (Lease, maintenances, utilities, OperExp)
- Monitoring invoiced amounts with pre-approved budget for each office
- Coordinating and control of delivery services
- Providing scheduling and logistics support for office drivers
- Purchasing goods for offices as need
- Documents flow (via Myfinance, ECMS, BQMS, VERS )
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Biz trips support
- Administrative support and daily control of the Academy's operational activities:
- Daily planning and accounting of the Academy load
- Coordinating participants during the day;
- Ordering food and buses for training participants;
- Registration of primary documents, control of terms of entering documents into the system
- To initiate, keep cooperation with providers of services,
- Order, purchasing and accounting for stocks of souvenirs for Samsung Academy trainees
- Inventory support of fixed assets and samples
- Premises maintenance and improvement of Samsung Academy
- Processing with business travel request;
- Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (arranging flights, insurance, and accommodation);
- Supporting overseas traveling and providing documentation for visa requirements;
- Collecting and processing payments;
- Maintaining statistical and financial records;
- Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors;
- Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers.
- Schedule, reschedule, and verify of personal consultations and diagnostic visits for patients, supervision over their realization;
- Making personal working schedule for each medical and administrative specialist of the clinic;
- Administration of incoming/outgoing correspondence;
- Administration of patients` database (electronic scheduling of consultations, operations, meetings, diagnostics, admission, discharge of the patients);
- Meetings with patients of the clinic, providing information on available operations and services;
- Resolution of disputes and conflict situations related to improper service delivery;
- Issuance of bills with providing of all necessary documentation to the patient;
- Research competitors’ service in order to ensure quality, quantity and availability of the company’s products;
- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence
- Gather and analyze website statistics: reports, recommendations, and improvements.
- Support our corporate website (content management, webs development and update)
