Responsibilities:

• Involve in all aspects of Full Cycle recruiting;
• Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress. (Zoho Recruit).
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.
• Providing guidance and mentoring to junior recruiters, sharing industry insights, best practices, and helping them develop their skills.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment function.
• Coordinated implementation of people-related services, policies and programs through departmental staff
• Improved organizational filing systems for confidential employee records, resulting in improved accessibility and efficiency
• Conducted performance reviews and provided feedback to managers on employee performance

• Teach students about various job search methods, including online job boards, company websites, networking platforms, and recruitment agencies.
• Assist students in creating strong online presence, including optimizing their LinkedIn profiles and other professional social media accounts.
• Help students research industries, companies, and roles that align with their interests and skills.
• Continuously stay updated about current job market trends, industry developments, and evolving hiring practices to provide relevant and up-to-date advice.
• Share relevant articles, podcasts, webinars, and other resources that can assist students in their job search and professional development.
